STEAK  PERFECTION TAKES TIME

The Alamo Steakhouse believes in serving the best. The aged steak is hand cut in house and season. It is grilled over an oak fire to sear in all the juices and natural flavors. This makes steaks tender and delicious. But it’s not just steaks, they also grind their own burgers, make all their soups, sauces & gravies, as well as hand-bread and cook mozzarella sticks to order. This all takes extra time, but once you taste the food, the effort was worth it.
