Chef Ray was born and raised in the New Orleans area. So due to his Cajun heritage, he loves to cook in a wide variety of flavors and styles, from complex gourmet meals to simple comfort foods. He will take your food up a notch if you prefer hot and spicy or take it down if you prefer just flavor, without the heat.
Since Chef Ray’s passion is to serve and delight others with food, his goal is to present to his clients a taste of Heaven on earth. He is committed to serving each customer on a personal level and creating a fun atmosphere that everyone can enjoy.

Enjoy the on-site experience of a gourmet dinner prepared right in the comfort and privacy of your own cabin or venue, with Fruitful. Vintage Chef. Chef Ray will arrive at your location with all fresh ingredients and his own equipment to prepare your 4 course dinner, in your kitchen. He will then use the tableware in your cabin to plate, serve, and clear each course, for you and your guests. To finish, Chef Ray includes complete clean-up of your kitchen and tableware.
Within our 4 courses, you will get to choose an appetizer, soup (or) salad, entrée with 2 sides, and dessert (or) fondue. The dinner will also include fresh bread with butter pats and sweet or unsweet tea. We can accommodate 10-20 guests for our formal dinner parties.

Hello everyone! My name is Jeremy, your Personal Executive Chef and Owner of Savory Solutions Personal Chefs & Catering, serving both local residents of the Greater Knoxville TN area communities, as well as vacationers staying in the amazing cabins nestled within our beautiful Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. My passion for food started in my early teens, when my Grandmother (a.k.a. “Grams”..lol) made me my first Tuna Melt while visiting her at her apartment in South Lake Tahoe, CA. I remember telling her, “I don’t like tuna!”, and she always told me that I didn’t know what I liked, unless I tried it. After that, I found myself infatuated with tasting all types of spices, foods. reading recipes, and fell in love with my new passion for creating different flavors out of everyday foods.

Bringing you Farm-to-Table ingredients , scratch made recipes, and entertainment all personalized for your in-cabin or in-home experience. Created by our own Executive Chef Jeremy Sym, that is the first of its kind! Serving the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, Morristown and surrounding areas.
